Stephen Levi Carter, MBA
Stephen Levi Carter brings with him over two decades of experience in leadership, working in finance in managerial and executive-level positions for consulting firms, medical insurance companies, oil and gas companies, and technology firms.
Stephen has owned multiple businesses including an online magazine, event promotions company, beauty salon, jazz lounge, restaurant, and a full-service accounting and tax company. He is now a founding partner and CEO of Sterling Staffing Solutions, as well as the CEO of White Orchid Hospice, a company providing palliative and hospice services to patients throughout the greater Houston metropolitan area.
Stephen served as a U.S. Army combat medic during Desert Storm before earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Langston University. He now holds a Master of Business Administration in change management and finance from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. Mr. Carter is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers.
